About the Director

I'm Alison Carleton, director of Decode Communications. I have had a wide and varied career in academia, clinical laboratories, and in government.  This experience has defined the philosophy Decode operates by: communication is key to everything. Great ideas go nowhere if you can't convey your message clearly. 

Decode Communications prides itself on making your ideas come to life. I have written for many different audiences, using many different mediums. I love finding out new things and the amazing ideas people have, and I'm genuinely interested in what you are doing.
